当归黄芪茶：当归头片 5g + 黄芪 10g，沸水冲泡，日常补气养血。

使用贴士煎煮前温水浸泡 30 分钟，有效成分溶出更充分；

2.Menstrual Regulation：
With chuanxiong and motherwort for blood stasis amenorrhea; with mugwort and donkey-hide gelatin for blood-deficiency and cold-induced dysmenorrhea.
